Online - Domestic Orders (Shipping):
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network and PayPal. We do not accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate, please call us at 1-978-257-8064.
Order Confirmation:
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped we will email you and include tracking information so you can track the delivery of your product. Much of what we sell is handcrafted by artisans and one of a kind. For this reason many items are not available in multiple quantities. As these items are sold they will be removed from our inventory. A similar item may be made and listed on our inventory as materials are available.
If you would like to inquire about an item that has sold, please contact us. We may be able to create this item for you as a special order.
Returns and Exchanges:
We take pride in all the products we sell but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will refund your sale or work with you to make it right. Please call us at 978-257-8064 to discuss your return/exchange.
Refunds:
If a refund is due and you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 3-5 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card we'll mail you a Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards may not be returned.
